Interested in food and interested in consumer brands? American brand with huge UK success seeking Office Manager for their budding London operational team.

As Office Manager for the team, we are looking for a real superstar to look after the day-to-day running and be the true lynchpin within the team.

Responsibilities are diverse and will include, but not limited to:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the UK office
  • Ensuring the office looks in great shape & has plenty of fruit, breakfast, office supplies and other bits & bobs
  • Development of office workflows and procedures to ensure a smooth efficient office environment
  • Helping co-ordinate the training to meet the team’s need for learning and development
  • Ordering office supplies i.e. stationery, equipment, refreshments etc.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors, provide refreshments if required
  • Manage external relationships with all suppliers and consumer contact
  • Organising team meetings (monthly & quarterly) and arranging quarterly wellness initiatives
  • Helping the Head of Finance with basic IT support for the team

Required Experience / Skills

  • Ideally 1+ year experience managing a busy office environment for +30 people
  • Highly organised, methodical, start-finisher
  • Willing to get stuck in and be flexible based on what needs to get done
  • Positive outlook, calm approach and warm/friendly manner
  • Strong communication skills – ability to interact with people at all levels
  • Flexible and fluid approach to day to day tasks - ability to act quickly to last minute requests and changes
  • Evidence of managing multiple projects
  • Clean driving license a plus
