A global PR firm is looking to hire a new PA to support five partners within the corporate team!

Their team campaigns with global markets, challenger brands, individuals and industry bodies. They have unrivaled strategic counsel and are experienced in delivering for high-profile companies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective and efficient individual support
  • Extensive and pro-active diary management
  • Organising meetings with clients, prospects, and other high-profile stakeholders
  • Booking lunches, breakfast and evening functions at appropriate venues
  • Help organise and manage networking opportunities
  • Preparing, proofreading and printing documents, as well as note-taking in meetings
  • Processing expenses and booking taxi’s and couriers
  • Selecting, purchasing and sending gifts to clients
  • Liaising with HR and Finances team
  • Working with other PA’s in the support team to provide absence cover when needed
  • Providing travel support for business trips (booking hotels, flights, and preparing itineraries)

What we are looking for:

  • Proven track record as a PA and with an administrative role in a corporate environment is preferable
  • Excellent written English and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Good attention to detail, including proof reading skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Highly organised with very strong administrative skills
  • Ability to work under the pressure of tight deadlines with a flexible and pro-active approach to work
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communicative aptitude, and the confidence to liaise with staff at all levels
  • Good working knowledge of central London venues across the West End
  • Desire to learn about and understand the communications industry and the clients that the corporate team
  • Ideally educated to A-Level or equivalent
  • An understanding of the UK media and political landscape
