Our client is an established, leading, high-end independent private practice based in Marylebone.

We are looking for a dynamic, smart, positive & professional person to represent the brand and to manage and organically improve the patient, customer and professional referrer relationships.

This person will be responsible for ensuring that potential and existing patients and professional colleagues have a high-quality experience at every point of contact. This is a pivotal role in the organisation, impacting on the high profile and success of this expanding practice. The candidate will need to be proactive in exploring and implementing improvements to the customer experience and general service delivery.

This person will serve as the face of the practice and is responsible for handling patient enquiries, questions, comments, and concerns of both existing and potential patients. In addition, he/she will also work closely with the marketing team, external medical supply companies and externally contracted companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a high-end service that is highly personal and human at all points of contact with the practice- in writing, over the phone and face to face
  • Establishing, co-ordinating and maintaining relationships 

  • Responsible for actively co-ordinating and capturing patient and professional feedback
  • Actively assist with the upkeep of a high-end ambience and space including daily monitoring and morning set up
  • Provide administrative & organisational support for the MD & therapists
  • Planning weekly team meeting agenda and ensuring the team and room is ready to kick off at 9am
  • Maintenance of the marketing response schedule
  • Undertake general practice duties as required including filing, photocopying, collating, posting and distributing information
  • Complete ad hoc projects and duties as appropriate
