Join a prominent and leading investment firm based in the heart of Central London. 

This newly created EA role will support the Managing Director with all organisational and administrative business needs. In addition, you will also look after the office management ensuring everything is running smoothly.

Working alongside another new EA, this fantastic boutique environment is friendly, supportive and professional. 

Your role responsibilities will include, but is not limited to:

  • Organise and manage calendars, contacts and emails
  • Scheduling of meetings and conference calls
  • Arranging conference attendance and meeting schedules
  • Coordination of the MD’s conference attendance, including logistics, meetings and compilation of briefing materials
  • Compiling expenses  
  • Meeting and greeting guests, and occasional support of visiting executives
  • Office management
  • Provide reciprocal cover for the Executive Assistant when absent.

What we are looking for:

  • 3 years PA/EA experience in similar organisation essential
  • Intermediate - Advanced level MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required.
  • Excellent writing and proofreading abilities are mandatory with an emphasis on accuracy, spelling, punctuation, grammar and neatness
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple requests
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Language skills in Italian would be useful, although not essential.
