An absolutely delightful client is looking for a wonderful and experienced Personal Assistant to join their boutique private equity firm in the heart of the west end. This is a close-knit team, with a family feel, who really value their employees and offer a great work life balance. The PA, will be supporting 1:4 in a business capacity. Whilst primarily a traditional PA role, there could be the option to get involved in additional projects dependant on the PAs experience to date.

Start date: May/June – therefore will consider applicant on 3 months’ notice

Responsibilities

• Diary management – scheduling meetings and appointments
• Inbox management – monitor and responding where appropriate
• Meeting management - scheduling, preparing rooms and documentation, taking minutes and following up on any action points
• Extensive telephone liaison at all levels
• Managing logistics for all travel arrangements, including visas and any necessary paperwork
• Compiling itineraries and agendas
• Filing, scanning, printing, copying and binding
• Keeping contact information updated
• Processing invoices and completing expenses
• Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations

• Experience supporting at a Senior level - MD, VP etc
• Experience within a traditional PA role
