Exciting global technology company is looking for a bright, switched on, forward thinking PA to come on board to support Directors in their new offices based in London.   This is a  new role and so a real opportunity to carve out the role and make it your own.  This organisation are about to launch an exciting new project in the UK and so the company as a whole, but especially London, is about to embark of an rapid period of growth and so a great time to be joining a company as it takes it next big step.  This role will primarily be supporting the busy Directors in a business capacity but will also be providing support to the wider team and helping out with various project work.  As such we are looking for a calm, approachable individual who is prepared to muck in and get involved.  Key for this role is previous experience supporting at  Director team level but more importantly someone who knows how to liaise efficiently and effectively on a global scale, across multiple time zones.  We are looking for a born organiser with excellent communication skills as well as a flexible, modern approach.  Absolutely essential is a PA who is digitally savvy and understand the complexity of a modern business.

Role:

  • Coordinate executive communications and prepare internal and external corporate documents.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
  • Support Directors in all aspects of diary management, expenses, board meeting preparations
  • Support Recruitment and Marketing activities including scheduling meetings and interviews
  • Arrange corporate and social events to take place outside of the work place.
  • Be generally organised and not afraid to spot opportunities to get involved, find ways to improve  ways of working and add value wherever you feel you can.

Person: 

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant at CEO/ C-Suite level
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with other programs and software (digitally savvy)
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • International outlook and forward thinking
  • Understands the complexity of a modern business
