Customer Service -German Speaking

Our client, a fun and hugely successful tech start up is seeking a dynamic German Speaking Temporary Assistant to work with their Customer Services Team. Based in the heart of Soho this is an ASAP start date running until January – it is the perfect temp role to keep you busy over the Christmas season. This lovely firm, have a fantastic creative product that they are marketing and distributing across 50 Countries! Their busiest time is over the festive season and they are looking for a candidate who has prior experience in a customer facing role.

Key Responsibilities For This Role are:

• Working closely with the Customer Service team, action and respond to online tickets
• Deliver a great customer experience, the team are all very passionate about the product and have been with the company right from the start
• Confident learning new products and features
• Strong and proven communication skills

Person:

• Fluent in German
• Work effectively at pace
• Flexible and adaptable
