PA to Film Company

I have an incredibly exciting PA opportunity for a successful, rapidly growing Start Up Production Company. The Personal Assistant is supporting a delightful boss based in luxury family offices in Chelsea. It is a small company and the PA will be an integral part of the team with masses of scope to grow within the company. You will have wonderful opportunities to travel and you will be expected to operate a “mobile office” when in different countries - your administrative skills need to be strong enough to confidently keep everything together whilst abroad so an unflappable and grounded nature is required! The PA must hold a driving licence and be competent driving in different countries. You will be liaising with the NYC Offices, organising travel, booking hotels, restaurants and coordinating events. This is an incredibly meaty role and the right person will be flexible with brilliant people skills and impeccable manners. Different characters will come and go from the office throughout the day so the PA must be comfortable dealing with people from all walks of life. There will also be weeks when the boss will be abroad so you must be comfortable working solo at times and keeping the London office running smoothly in her absence. Conference calls in different time zones will be frequent and sometimes the PA will need to be on hand at late hours of the night. The boss is extremely caring and lovely perks include no core office hours as long as targets are being met. The same goes with holiday days.
