PA to Founder - Leading Interior Design Co - 9 Mnth Mat Cover

This is a wonderful opportunity for a confident and engaging PA to provide seamless support to the dynamic founder of this highly regarded interior design company.  Based from lovely offices in Chelsea as part of a close knit, collaborative team, you will be the go to person for the office as well as HNW clients.  The role will include business and private duties and this PA will manage a very busy diary, organise international travel including detailed itineraries, arrange social events, liaise with suppliers, assist with marketing and PR activities and ensure the office runs smoothly including liaising with bookkeepers and using QuickBooks.  The ideal PA will be proactive and highly organised with around 5 years’ PA experience having worked in a similar environment.  Precious experience of handling confidential matters with tact and discretion is essential.
