We have a fantastic new client seeking an experienced and committed Receptionist to join their extremely successful company. Based in smart and polished offices in the heart of the City, you will be the face of the business. As Receptionist, you are the main point of contact so you must, therefore, be extremely well-presented an possess excellent interpersonal skills. Duties as Receptionist include, but are not limited to, greeting all clients, booking meetings, updating the database and being responsible for all enquires over the phone and email. You will be interacting with very senior clients and personnel within the company so you must be smart and professional in carrying out your role. You will also be dealing with correspondence, screening calls, setting up the meeting rooms, organizing refreshments, assisting with paperwork etc. It is essential that you are dynamic and versatile and can juggle many different tasks at once. Ideally, you will have solid experience as a Receptionist with exceptional communication and written skills as well as an impeccable telephone manner. This company has a wonderful approach and they are fixed on giving an extremely high level of care to their clients and they are looking for a Receptionist who shares this.
