Located in the heart of London’s west end, this is a fabulous team assistant role offering a fantastic opportunity for a bright and energetic person wanting to take the first step into the PA field.  As team assistant you will relish a fun, fast-paced and dynamic environment. You must be able to get stuck in immediately and be able to adapt to the new environment and team, which will provide an essential learning experience and a chance to grow in administrative skill. Preferably you will have at least six months of office administration or team assistant experience under your belt, and have a completed a secretarial course or similar, ideally educated to A’level or degree level. It is vital that you are articulate, quick-thinking, are a problem solver and have excellent communication skills. Day to day requirements of the team assistant role will include meeting and greeting visitors, inbox management, typing, administration, helping with presentations and events and general ad-hoc duties. These offices see many visitors and therefore you must be personable, professional, friendly and hardworking with a desire to work with people. You must consider yourself to be a versatile team player and eager to throw yourself into this role. It is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn and grow as a team assistant, and to develop their administration skills. Strong MS Office is essential and touch typing 50wpm +
