A leading luxury online interior retailer company is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be providing administrative assistance and supporting the Customer Experience Manager. You will be confident with high attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Working under the Customer Experience Manager to provide an unparalleled and approachable contact for customers
  • Efficiently managing and logging customer orders and queries as received through all channels such as website, live chat, email and telephone
  • Managing telephone orders and assisting customers with any online queries
  • Raising quotes and invoices as well as processing payments
  • Assisting with personal style recommendations
  • Assisting in customer returns as per company policy and processing refunds where needed
  • Assisting with any ad hoc duties required

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of one-year experience in a customer service position or a similar e-commerce role
  • Experience working in the luxury industry is desirable but not essential
  • High organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
