An independent construction and demolition firm are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be working alongside the marketing and communication team to develop a series of projects to inspire and attract the best candidates to join the team. You will be proactive, organised and able to think outside the box.

Responsibilities:

  • Promoting the company's brand though writing creative and engaging recruitment adverts
  • Optimising the careers sites, social media sites and channels to establish industry connections
  • Researching and championing new ideas that will improve candidate and Hiring Manager experience and engagement
  • Building relationships with potential candidates through networking activities including sourcing on job boards, careers fairs, community engagement events, agency (PSL) engagement and management
  • Assisting to define and convey our candidate persona, the company brand and employee value proposition
  • Working alongside the marketing and human resource teams
  • Assisting with responding to and re-directing any queries

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Must be degree educated in the relevant field such as Marketing, English, Human Resources and Psychology
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using Microsoft Office systems
