Candidate Engagement Coordinator

A global leader in the technology industry is looking for a Candidate Engagement Coordinator to join their team on an 11 month temporary basis. The successful candidate will responsible for qualifying candidates in the recruitment process. You will be a people person with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Recruiting Team to have a firm understanding of priorities including adjusting scope where necessary
• Screening candidate CV's and reviewing eligibility
• Utilising data to deliver joint engagement and accountability across recruiting and business partners
• Providing feedback and recommendations on process improvements, technology and training
• Tracking and responding to every employee referral and referrer per assigned area
• Developing creative sourcing strategies through events, tools, and communication channels to increase talent networks
• Sharing best practices to drive successful results

Essential Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Recruiting, Operations or a Consultative role
• A minimum of 1+ year of sourcing or talent assessment experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving, data analytics and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions through process management and prioritisation skills
• Strong attention to detail, familiarity with recruiting tools and the ability to prioritise competing demands
