A world leading educational research organisation is looking for a Projects Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Senior Project Director providing administrative support for the day to day activities of allocated projects. You will be proactive, detail orientated and highly responsive.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with project plans including risk and issue logs, reporting, task and documentation updates
  • Providing meeting support such as agenda preparation, taking minutes, circulating papers, ownership of action follow-up and suitable hospitality arrangements
  • Assisting with the administration and task management of documents
  • Liaising with staff members, or other business functions, to co-ordinate or resolve tasks, actions and issues as they arise
  • Planning and organising delegated work activities to ensure completion by set timelines
  • Assisting in invoice preparation and coordination of sign-off and submission to client
  • Organising travel and accommodation for the team
  • Assist with updates to promotional, training materials and website update and where required coordination of these activities
  • Contributing to processes improvement and the enhancement of existing administration systems
  • Work on other projects / programs commensurate with job size as required

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 1+ years' experience in an office administration role
  • Prior projects experience is desirable
  • Extensive experience using Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
