A leading management consulting firm and the world's leading advisor on business strategy is looking for a Recruiter to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be a strategic partner who aligns practice area hiring objectives with business demand and leadership. This role will coordinate recruiting activities across London in order to attract and select the highest calibre consulting staff at different levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the end-to-end experienced hiring, MBA and Graduate hiring including screening CVs, coordinating interviews and sending offer letter
  • Planning, sourcing, recruiting and follow-up for all sector specific generalist hires expert career track hires
  • Meeting with the partners involved in hiring to set strategy, discuss hiring plans and working closely to meet their hiring needs
  • Owning the candidate pipeline for all areas within remit, ensuring efficient management of the entire recruiting process and compiling weekly status reports for key stakeholders
  • Managing the inflow targets via headhunter management and direct sourcing
  • Acting as the first point of contact for candidate queries and process delivery
  • Managing the offer approval process and liaising with the wider team to ensure clear processes have been followed
  • Developing and driving relationships with key experience hire pools including selection and management of headhunters and other recruiting pools
  • Creating KPI's for working with headhunters and monitoring their effectiveness in bringing in suitable lateral hire candidates
  • Developing and redefining new concepts and best practice
  • Coordinating and planning marketing, advertising and events for recruitment campaigns

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Completed academic degree and three to five years of work experience ideally in a professional services company or with a recruitment agency or search firm
  • Experience in recruiting lateral hires within an international environment
  • Sets direction for own area of work
  • Manages own project, with or without team
  • Anticipates, signals and solves complex problems
  • Ability to collate and synthesise recruiting data to help inform decision making
  • Influences stakeholders, advises and supporting decision making
  • Outstanding communication skills in English as well as excellent coordinating skills
  • Distinct team working and communication skills
  • Independent working style, motivated, and committed
  • Responsible, flexible, and reliable
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to improvise, and creative
  • Charismatic, friendly and a pleasant, polite manner
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and ability to use recruiting tracking platforms
