Receptionist

A busy and exciting Boutique Property Investment and Development Company in Central London are looking for a receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be providing support to the staff, agents and contractors while being the first point of contact for clients. You will be professional and friendly with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting prospective buyers, external guests and business's clients
• Liaising with construction site office through telephone and email contact
• Managing busy meeting room calendar
• Liaising with contractors such as cleaners, IT etc.
• Answering calls politely, quickly and efficiently
• Keeping the reception areas and meeting room clean and tidy at all times
• Completing general overflow secretarial work for members of the team, such as occasionally arranging meetings, booking tables at restaurants or helping with formatting of documents

Essential Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 2+ years in a customer facing reception role
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Professional, polite and friendly manner
• Strong customer service skills
• Self motivated and proactive
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
