An exciting property start up is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end to end process of the letting of properties, as well as onboarding, scheduling and overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the company's portfolio. The Operations Coordinator will have a minimum of 2+ years' experience, within property or hotels. Experience within customer service is also preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a 5-star service in the maintenance and preparation of our homes under management
  • Delivering and overseeing guest facing operational requirements
  • Providing account management support and ensuring issue resolution
  • Managing logistical operations, including cleaning and linen partnerships and management of property service suppliers
  • Overseeing the onboarding of new Homes, from scheduling the blueprint to preparing homeowners for their first booking
  • Ensuring all homeowner information, including blueprints and key management, is up to date and accessible in CRM system
  • Maintaining Health and Safety Standards across the portfolio
  • Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the company's portfolio of London homes
  • Negotiating with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing across the property service directory and ongoing relationship management
  • Ensuring processes are in place to resolve maintenance issues to the satisfaction of homeowners and guests in line with the company service offering, including processes are in place to respond to emergency maintenance issues 24/7

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience in Hospitality Operations in a Holiday rental market or property management company
  • Passion for operations and customer service
  • Ability to deal well under pressure and with constantly changing dynamics
  • Organised and detail oriented
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills who's highly outgoing, energetic and focused
  • Data-driven and are comfortable using numbers to drive your initiatives forward
