An international consultancy and construction company is looking for a Front of House Coordinator to join their team on the 12 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be the face of the company, assisting both customers and clients. You will have previous experience working in a client facing role and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a switchboard
  • Answering the company phones
  • Operating site's helpdesk system and log any issues and monitoring progress
  • Creating a variety of reports as and when management requires
  • Liaising with contract suppliers to ensure SLA's are achieved
  • Liaising with team regarding any issues or circumstances that will effect SLA's
  • Liaising with the security regarding temporary passes
  • Auditing all outstanding concept jobs
  • Receiving and greeting all visitors to the building, including clients and suppliers
  • Ensuring that all visitors are logged into the building by following company's local security procedures
  • Offering visitors refreshments and store coats/luggage as and when required
  • Assisting with booking taxis and any other reasonable requests
  • Managing meeting room bookings
  • Supporting the contract management with various miscellaneous tasks
  • Supporting with carrying out weekly site audits and monthly health and safety inspection, documenting and dealing with all issues raised
  • Providing input/data into management reports, including the collation and verification of management information in line with contractual requirements
  • Liaising with the facilities service providers, including hospitality, maintenance, cleaning and vending
  • Ensuring health and safety and evacuation procedures are communicated to all new starters and visitors attending site
  • Performing other reasonable tasks and duties requested by line management

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2+ years admin or reception experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience handling difficult customers
  • A degree is preferred but not essential
