One of London's leading office support recruitment company's is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing their own workloads and building their desk, as well as displaying strong communication skills. Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end to end recruitment process for temporary, contract and permanent administration support roles across multiple industry sectors
  • Developing and maintaining an understanding of client organisations, their industry sector, function in the marketplace, culture and environment enabling you to source and introduce well matched candidates
  • Facilitating the full recruitment process for clients and candidates - screening, interviewing, briefing, talent sourcing and acquisition, employee probity checks, conducting aptitude assessments and providing pre/post placement relationship care
  • Managing temporary, contract and permanent candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process from registration through to placement including one-to-one interviews, providing support with CV content and structure, advising on interview technique, offering support and guidance throughout their process
  • Taking detailed and accurate job specification details from clients when recruiting new roles
  • Facilitating meetings with contacts within both prospective and existing client organisations to understand their requirements, discuss potential services, review contract performance, negotiate charge rates and fees
  • Following up new business leads and business development of new clients
  • Working to quarterly-set targets and KPIs and reporting on activity and billings
  • Attending daily candidate review meetings with the team
  • Maintaining regular contact with candidates through follow-up phone calls
  • Maintaining Profile database management with accurate client and candidate information
  • Covering fellow consultants' desks when they are on annual leave
  • Undertaking recruitment administration tasks, understanding and upholding policies, procedures, regulations, and terms of business
