A leader in high end luggage is looking for a HR Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be providing administration support to the CEO and management team and supporting the HR Manager with HR administration tasks, such as contracts, welcome letters and probation reminders.

Responsibilities:

  • Attending monthly Operations team meeting to produce meeting actions
  • Manage occasional external calls, incoming and outgoing post and complex meeting room booking calendars
  • Managing a proactive Facilities offering of a high quality by ensuring that we procure out facilities and office supply services at the best possible prices
  • Dealing with issues in relation to Head Office property management and liaising with external suppliers and consultants as required
  • Managing the off site storage unit
  • Managing and allocating for entry fobs and master key holders
  • Meeting and greeting CEO's visitors, making drinks and collecting lunches
  • Managing day to day running of the office and ensuring it runs smoothly
  • Reviewing, implementing and policing the company's health and safety policy, practices and risk assessments
  • Managing relationships with the company's health and safety supplier and ensure the first aiders and fire marshalls are in place
  • Planning and implementing the office layout alongside the CEO and HR
  • Coordinating the new starter process from gaining authorisation for a vacancy, assessment, point of offer, through to probationary reviews ensuring and promoting a positive experience for new employees throughout
  • Updating and maintaining HR filing systems, both manual and electronic in line with legal, business and best practice requirements
  • Supporting managers with exiting employees and completing all appropriate documentation ensuring that all relevant equipment and property is returned on leaving
  • Adhoc administration and project work as and when required

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2+ years administration experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent computer skills especially with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
