A leading global investment company is looking for an Office Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have previous office management experience and a can-do attitude. You will be the go-to person within the office and will have excellent multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent experience for both employees and guests in London office
  • Anticipating and addressing office needs
  • Taking ownership over event planning from start to finish
  • Undertaking all administrative functionality, including continuously improving operational efficiency
  • Tracking and ensuring adherence to office budget
  • Handling all office-wide ordering: supplies, food and catering

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • A minimum of 2+ years Office Management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with geographically diverse teams preferred, but not required
