A rapidly growing technology start-up are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. You will need to be a proactive person to own the dual processes of talent coordination and candidate care. This is a multi-dimensional role, with a large degree of autonomy to own processes, constantly innovate and iterate upon current ideas.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative and logistical support to the end to end recruitment process
  • Meeting and greeting candidates
  • Scheduling high volume interviews and on-site testing centres
  • Providing high level candidate care and service throughout the process
  • Communicating with a broad range of external stakeholders across all levels
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for international candidates when required to travel to London

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a high level coordination role
  • High volume diary management
  • Experience in working in a fast growing technology environment
  • Evidence of providing high level client and customer satisfaction
