A leader in the technology industry is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis for 12 months. The successful candidate will be supporting 3 Directors. You will anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organised and analytical, you possess the strong business judgement and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with extensive administrative tasks include managing scheduling and calendars for multiple people; making extensive international travel arrangements; coordinating weekly team meetings and group events
  • Organising logistics for a variety of project events and team offsites
  • Setting up and maintaining websites for the team to include information such as key contacts, meeting minutes/schedules, teams and projects
  • Liaising with external partners in setting up meetings and organising workshops
  • Assisting with general management; managing team/vacation calendars; processing expense reports; booking meeting rooms; taking meeting minutes

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; Interest and experience in using technology and the Internet to improve work efficiency
  • Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices - and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programmes
