A health care recruitment company are looking for a Team Coordinator to join them on a temporary to permanent basis. You will be providing business management support to the Managing Director and Head of Operations as well as further support to the Interim Acute & Informatics teams. Based in the London office with occasional travel to our Leeds office.

Responsibilities:

Compliance and Financial Management:

  • Taking responsibility for all Terms and Conditions and Contracts sent on behalf of assigned Consultants
  • Assisting with for all placement forms and liaising with accounts on Interim placement for assigned Consultants
  • Producing an Interim Reporting Spreadsheet in conjunction with additional EA support and Consultants ensure this is up to date on weekly basis
  • Producing a financial and compliance update during weekly team meetings and maintaining TV screen presentation format

Diary and Travel Management:

  • Taking full ownership of the diaries for the Managing Director, the Head of Operations and assigned Consultants
  • Scheduling and arrange meetings or telephone calls with clients and candidates including building relationships on behalf of the team with client, candidates and their admin or Pas
  • Organising travel & hotel bookings

Database Management:

  • Complying with GDPR standards and ensuring compliance within Teams
  • Reporting monthly analytics across the company

General Administrative Duties:

  • Answering the phones in conjunction with other support staff in the London office, ensuring all messages are taken efficiently and passed along to correct members of the team
  • Processing monthly expenses for consultants
  • Prepping of the meeting room for any meetings held on site, including being responsible for booking internal and external meeting rooms
  • Organising postage and couriers where applicable
  • Supporting Head of Operations in weekly dashboard for diary and financial reporting
  • Supporting both Company and Interim Team based events
  • Ensuring weekly office supplies are ordered and arranged in the office (fresh fruit, water, kitchen supplies)
