Luxury Fashion Coordinator

An established global Internet retailer is looking for a Luxury Fashion Coordinator to join the team on a temporary ongoing basis. With an expanding domestic and global market and revenues increasing month on month we require an exceptional individual to truly help us continue being a successful force in online retail.

Responsibilities:

* Ensuring outbound orders are processed accurately and within the agreed service levels
* Ensuring high levels of customer service
* Liaising with other departments to meet customer demands
* Facilitating customer returns within set time periods
* Anticipating, identifying and resolving problems that could delay the release or movement of shipments
* Utilising internal software in order to facilitate export systems
* Reporting to the shipping management team in the event of any customer query or complaint
* Maintaining the shared email folder ensuring all queries are resolved in a timely manner
* Utilising external courier service when necessary
* Ensuring good inter and intra team communication
* Planning efficient routes for drivers

Essential Skills & Requirements:

* Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to exceed expectations for a demanding customer base
* Ability to display clear and positive communication skills
* Ability to use own initiative and proven track record of having solved problems successfully
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines
* Proficient computer skills
