A small computer firm is looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalised secretarial and administrative support. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager's working day and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the point of contact between the manager and internal and external clients
  • Screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence
  • Handling requests and queries
  • Preparing quotes
  • Devising and maintaining office filing system
  • Processing invoices
  • Updating and reconciling bank accounts
  • Preparing and distributing customer invoices
  • Reconciling, posting and reviewing company credit cards
  • Preparing, posting and authorising the monthly payment run

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to adapt to a small office environment
  • Up-to-date with latest office applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
  • Discretion and confidentiality and excellent attention to detail
  • Well-spoken individual with strong written and verbal communications abilities
  • Proven work experience as a personal assistant at least 5 years
