An established shared services company that provides business administration support to various companies is looking for a Receptionist to join the team on a permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for anyone dealing with the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and dealing with calls in a professional manner
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Making refreshments for visitors
  • Arranging meeting room bookings
  • Booking couriers and taxis
  • Franking and preparing all post
  • Opening post and distributing to departments
  • Ordering stationery supplies
  • General administration work as and when required

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Previous reception experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Be able to use own initiative and work well within a team
  • Excellent telephone manner
