A leading international investment bank is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis. You will be expected to assist the legal team with any administrative support they require and make sure requirements are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative team support for the legal time
- Assisting with booking rooms
- Assisting with diary management
- Dealing with correspondence, preparing documentation and dealing with telephone calls and enquiries
- Assisting with meeting preparation including meeting room assignments, catering and travel
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Strong communications skills
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
- Exceptional time management
- Advanced skills in Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Previous experience with diary management
- Previously booked travel
