A leading brand in venues and conferencing is currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis. You will be overseeing one of the central London venues where no two days are ever the same. You will delight and exceed our client's expectations with a can-do attitude and proactive service.
Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of our buildings and organising essential maintenance works, compliance, health and safety and revising our policies and procedures
- Managing decorations and aesthetics
- Providing an effortlessly useful environment for our client manager teams by identifying fundamental concerns and finding new ways to keep our workplace functional and fun
- Researching, repairing and upgrading our equipment
- Ensuring our clients have everything they need to have a great day with us
- Using creative thinking to upgrade the experience we provide to both our clients and to the business as a whole
- Training and Innovating our teams
- Up skilling our client manager teams to ensure the whole business benefits from your insight and knowledge
Essential skills and experience:
- Enjoys a technical challenge
- Previous project-based tasks and multi-tasking
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
