An education charity is looking for a University Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. You will be working across a large team of University Recruiters to support the delivery of targets. Another large aspect of your role will be in building brand awareness and visibility in emerging universities.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting candidates through the recruitment process in line with guidelines set by the Selection team
  • Cultivating potential talent and incoming participants through regular telephone calls and events
  • Managing FAQ inbox
  • Assisting with delivery of Graduate Recruitment strategy within assigned portfolio
  • Supporting with planning and delivering events for assigned portfolio and nationally where required
  • Supporting Graduate Recruitment Officers to generate campus intelligence and maintain detailed intelligence records
  • Setting up and monitoring Facebook, Twitter and other social media groups as required
  • Contributing to portfolio and department-wide projects where required
  • Assisting with general administration tasks for the assigned portfolio of universities
  • Building a strong brand at emerging universities
  • Supporting with event delivery at campuses across the UK to generate quality leads for our programmes

Essential skills and experience:

  • Proven experience generating leads and proactively managing a pipeline of prospects to hit agreed targets
  • Experience proactively developing and nurturing internal stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple activities
  • A minimum of 2 years previous recruitment experience
