An international authority on precious metals is looking for an Office Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis. You will manage the Executive office and deliver business support across the full spectrum of Executive operations and activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day to day smooth running including ordering, maintenance of the phone and email systems, meeting room management, facilities and catering
  • Providing five-star reception capability, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors mirroring the same approach through phone and email correspondence
  • Managing the day to day office support including premises, alarm technology and maintenance contracts
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of CRM and work flow business process integration
  • Managing the filing system and contact database
  • Booking travel and arranging meetings
  • Updating company policy and guidance documents
  • Assisting the Marketing team in the administration of events including registration, advertising, marketing and communications
  • Providing assistance and cover to the Executive Assistant
  • Assisting in the delivery of key projects as required

Essential skills and experience:

  • A minimum of two years office coordination experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, HTML editor and SAGE
