Responsibilities:

  • Managing the master schedule, logistics, venues, materials, participants, psychometrics, evaluations and communications for assigned events, including but not limited to the Finance Development Programme (FDP)
  • Planning and managing the logistics of the FDP and finance programme of events throughout the year including development reviews, networking and development events
  • Planning and executing a timetable of career conversation website updates as agreed with the Manager of Executive Development, Careers and the design agency
  • Providing traffic information for the Career Conversations Website using Google analytics and implementing reports and other data for the Talent Database
  • Supporting users of the career conversations website and talent database including assisting with access login, navigating the site, reporting and updating information as appropriate
  • Providing full project and data management support to network mapping projects including data gathering, consolidation project planning, monitoring, reporting and communications
  • Checking, tracking and submitting invoices for processing
  • Providing ad hoc support on request by the Executive Development team
  • Booking travel for the Manager of Executive Development, Finance and Executive Development Manager and Careers

Essential Skills:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn new applications quickly
  • Track record of success in managing complex tasks, preferably including the delivery of all logistics associated with projects and programmes
  • Experience in working successfully with people from different cultures and geographies
  • Highly organised, systematic in approach
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships and networks
