EA - Property Development/Construction, Up to £45,000 plus comprehensive benefits package

One of our fabulous West End clients is looking for a new EA to support the MD of the Conceptual Construction Division. To work in this high end company, you need to be an unflappable, business savvy EA with a background in property development/ construction and have a natural ability to connect with people. This is a sophisticated environment that requires someone with buckets of energy, drive, and a passion for being a top-notch EA. The MD is a real go-getter and is looking for someone with superb business acumen who has a solid knowledge of design, construction processes and terms, who will be able to get heavily involved in the business. Based in their stunning W1 office, you will be client facing in an everchanging environment so you must be able to interact with all stakeholders with poise and diplomacy.

Solid EA experience is essential – minimum five years in an administrative role supporting someone in a senior capacity is a must and experience of the construction or property development sector is crucial. This is a full-on environment so having the ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment is key. You will be working with a down to earth and dedicated MD who is in the early stages of growing the team and needs a positive, loyal and hardworking EA who can have a laugh and enjoys being part of a close knit, professional team.  Knowledge of web based project management tools and speaking a European language are advantageous.
