Fundraising Operations Manager

Smashing operations role for a super bright individual to support the Head of Philanthropy at this global charity. Their UK arm is relatively small in size (in terms of headcount) so you need to be the type that thrives in a close knit environment and be willing to take on responsibility. This is an operational role which will see you becoming involved with major donors and stakeholders, supporting this inspirational woman with a myriad of projects and being brilliant with systems. You need to be incredibly organised and the type of person who sees only opportunities rather than barriers. Ideally you will have had experience within a foundation or fund raising department and will love both the systems and client facing aspects of a role. Superb written English is a must and fluency in another European language is hugely beneficial. This is an immediate start position.
