French speaking Secretary

We are looking for a rather unique individual who is fluent in French, has solid Director/Chairman level secretarial experience within boutique finance and above all loves a more traditional role. This role has a heavy emphasis on private work and you will be supporting two very senior individuals - one of whom does not have a PC. This is a dynamic environment where you need to be rigorous with your attention to detail and flexible to turn your hand to anything which needs to be done. Longevity in your previous roles is essential for this position - ideally within boutique finance. This is a very busy role as one minute you will be organising complex travel itineraries or providing data for the advisory work they do and the next looking after their personal residences in London and overseas. This is a tight knit team and personality fit is key. You need to be a true swan for this role - cool, calm and charming on the outside and paddling furiously to deliver underneath. This role will suit someone who loves to really look after their boss - but at the same time is happy to muck in with the team. In return you will be working in an environment where no two days are the same with Directors who are demanding yet fair.
