Administrative Assistant and Support to Sales Team - Financial Services - Up to £28,000

A super organised and reliable admin assistant to join a boutique training company in their passionate, tight-knit, hardworking team. Your role will be predominantly to create and manage e-marketing campaigns for prospective clients whilst simultaneously providing administrative support to the sales team by answering calls and assisting where you can. You will be working in an organisation that specialises in providing bespoke training programs to high-end banking clients.

Must have's:

  • Ability to manage workflows and handle a busy e-mail inbox
  • Experience with E-marketing campaigns and actioning responses
  • Enjoys admin and working on a CRM
  • Process and data-driven
  • Attention to detail
  • Adaptable and orderly

This role would suit someone who really enjoys organisation and excels in getting a task completed seamlessly. This role is data-entry heavy so not for the faint-hearted, but you will enjoy a young and sociable team that will offer full training and support.

Experience in a corporate office/admin environment with updating marketing materials, working on a CRM and with e-marketing campaigns will be particularly advantageous.
