One of the worlds largest insurance brokerage and risk management services are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their busy office based in a buzzy and thriving part of the City of London.

This is a great opportunity to join a successful company and play a key part in a busy and demanding team. As a Receptionist your role would involve meeting and greeting visitors and organising meeting rooms, alongside other duties such as organising couriers, handling all post and picking up other general administrative tasks. You will be operating a switchboard and experience in using this would prove beneficial. 

This role would suit someone who already has experience as a Receptionist - around 6 months to a year would be ideal – and who is looking for a challenging role. 

They are looking for someone very hardworking and proactive, who is able to use their initiative and approach their working day with some degree of flexibility. A presentable and bubbly candidate would be a great fit for this role.

You MUST have experience in either a corporate background or a FOH role in hospitality. 

You MUST be available immediately and ongoing for a minimum of 1.5 months. 

The hours are 9am - 6pm.

The hourly rate is £9.00 + holiday pay.
