A fantastic opportunity working for a boutique firm based Victoria. 

Based in prestigious offices five minutes’ walk from Victoria you will be based on Reception and will provide Office Management

The role involves managing the reception area, several meetings rooms, the general management of the breakout areas, fielding calls and being a ‘go-to’ person in the office. We are looking for someone who is friendly, polished and well-presented, but above all have the willing. You must have a friendly yet professional manner along with an adaptable and flexible nature and the initiative and independence to work both as part of a team and alone.

This role would ideally suit a graduate or someone with at least 6 months administrative experience. As you are face of the company you must be immaculately presented and articulate. This company provides excellent benefits and just a really wonderful environment to work in.
