Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for client services? We have a fantastic opportunity for two Italian-speaking Administrators to join our dynamic Client Services team in London.

Position Details:
•    Location: Central London
•    Contract: Full-time, Permanent
•    Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
•    Hybrid Working: Initially office-based 5/5 for the first 6-12 months, transitioning to 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
•    Team Size: 25 people in an open-plan office
 

About the Role: As a key member of the Client Services team, you will assist in administering a portfolio of companies and trusts. Your responsibilities will include:
•    Communicating with clients and third parties
•    Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external regulations
•    Preparing and managing documents such as agreements, invoices, and payments
•    Keeping financial records and ledgers up to date in collaboration with accountants
•    Setting up companies and maintaining accurate company files on a daily basis.
 

The Ideal Candidate:
•    Fluency in both English and Italian
•    A friendly, proactive, and adaptable approach
•    Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
•    A keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
•    Numerate and able to handle financial records with ease
•    Self-motivated, with excellent presentation and communication skills
•    Eligible to live and work in the UK.
