A leading retail group in West London is actively recruiting a PA to the CEO. The company has just gone through a major transformation and is re-structuring. This role will also support the Business Manager including briefing on strategic meetings as well as some ad-hoc support to the company Chairman.

The successful candidate will have at least five years experience as as PA at CEO level ideally within FMCG, Private Equity or Professional Services. You will be happy with flexible hours and a mix of wfh and office based work although this role isn't a 24/7 role as the CEO respects a work-life balance.

You will be Advanced on IT, be a skilled gatekeeper and be a strong Ambassador for the CEO and have real credibility with senior professionals. You will have amazing attention to detail, as well as being self-sufficient and an excellent team player and the confidence to go above and beyond in your role. Organisational skills and discretion are key in the role.
