Japanese bilingual speaking customer services executive required for International Online Marketing company.

Specialising in website and online games including sports betting a further Executive is required to join the Japanese  team. You will work within their customer services department and manage the requirements of the Japanese client base. Duties will include liaising with customer via email, online chat and telephone to answer requests in order to maximise revenue as well as attend monthly product meetings which will contribute to the success of the brand.

You will speak Japanese and English to mother tongue standard and have prior experience working as a customer servies executive and have a good understanding of customer service within an online business. You will be a good problem solver;  with Advanced It skills  you will have the ability to respond to  customer needs.

You must be happy to work on a shift basis with hours of operation Monday to Sunday from 8am to 11pm. The company is very multicultural and specialised in marketing , web design, software development and customer service.
