Duties
Assisting and supporting the HR Manager.
Administration of Joiners and Leavers process and supporting new joiners.
Monitoring sickness and absence records.
Administration of maternity process.
Administration and maintenance of holidays.
Maintenance and administration of flexible working system.
Updating the Firm’s headcount statistics spreadsheet.
Updating the Personnel Manager software system
Conducting risk assessments and DSE assessments as required.
Ensuring personnel files are kept up to date.
Preparation of regular and ad hoc reports as required.
Spanish/Portuguese language skills are required
