Native Scandinavian speaking Team Executive Assistant (supporting 6 Investment Professionals)
£40,000 per annum + excellent benefits

This is a new role and the firm are looking to hire a flexible self-starter who is quick to learn, shows excellent judgement, exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrates good business acumen.
The main duties will include but are not restricted to:
• Arranging travel schedules, visas and accommodation, sometimes complex
• Liaise with clients and business guests
• Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
• Work closely and effectively with the investment team to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and follows up appropriately
• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate
• Diary management and adapting to last minute schedule changes
• Management of office supplies when required
• Expense processing
• Printing and binding of presentation materials
• Recordkeeping and filing in an organized and timely manner
• Occasionally assisting with local events
• Any other ad hoc projects and duties as required
The ideal candidate:
• Native Scandinavian and fluent English speaker
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong computer skills with specific expertise on Outlook and MS-Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, written and organizational skills
• Have experience in handling of confidential information in a role where discretion is key and business activities are highly regulated
• The ability to remain calm under pressure, to work independently as well as part of a team.
• The ability to anticipate the needs of their team
• Desire to learn and acquire new skills to continue to grow with the firms’ needs
