An innovative, city investment firm is looking for a proactive PA to hit the ground running, supporting MDs & team - you’ll slot right in and be rewarded with great team spirit and a really varied day.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Coordinating the team; managing busy diaries, organising meetings and making travel arrangement
- Liaising with overseas offices
- Creating reports, presentations and correspondence
- Building relationships at all levels
- Client hospitality
- Working alongside other PAs offering support to each other
The skills you need to bring:
- Experience providing Team PA support in a corporate environment
- Financial Services sector exposure advantageous
- Efficiency and organisation
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- High level of confidentiality
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly
