Do you have at least 3 years’ experience working at management level in marketing and internal communications?
Are you a brilliant copy writer and editor with an excellent standard of English?
Do you have experience of working in a Membership Association or in financial services?
Our client is looking for a dynamic marketer to work with the Director of Membership Services to lead the marketing and member communications activities and manage a team of 3.
You’ll be working in a collaborative and agile culture where everyone is happy to roll their sleeves up.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Developing and delivering the strategy in relation to marketing and member communications
- Building and executing a clear editorial content programme
- Working across various teams to ensure commercial and non-commercial targets are achieved
- Building and maintaining the organisation’s brand integrity across all platforms
- Leading the design, content and production of publications and collateral
- Reporting on success metrics against a clear set of KPIs
- Taking the lead on website design and content, social media material and video
- Providing input into the development and pricing of Membership Services
The skills and experience you need to bring:
- 7+ years marketing experience and a good knowledge of all aspects of marketing and communications
- Proven experience of developing and executing strategy in line with business strategy
- Team leadership experience with the ability to coach and empower
- Highly articulate with excellent writing, editorial and graphic design skills
- A natural storyteller with the ability to build inspirational brand narratives
- Track record of implementing innovative and impactful marketing plans and campaigns
- Knowledge of the principles of SEO, digital marketing practise and trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to a high quality at pace
- Experience in the Private Equity / Venture Capital industry beneficial
