We have teamed up with an exciting and growing tech recruitment firm based in London that recruit for top U.S business, and are looking to appoint a super-star Lead Internal Recruiter to join and help grow their team. You will be an excellent communicator, have great business acumen and eager to become an equity holder as they scale this business significantly. This role is a mission critical hire, charged with identifying the best of the best recruiters to join on their journey as they scale - – the plan is to hire 100 recruiters to join from graduate to principal level over the next 3 years. The agency is now a 100% remote business and will continue to be post-COVID.

As the Lead Internal Recruiter, you will liaise with the hiring managers to establish their hiring requirements and have full control over hiring across the business – thus some travel will be required. You will be tasked with sourcing and attracting candidates at a trainee and experienced level, ensuring that they have the drive, hunger and personality that this business always looks for in their new recruits. You yourself will also be ambitious, driven, humble and have a great sense of humour. You will be given an advertising budget that you will control allowing you to source candidates directly. Prior internal recruitment experience for a recruitment agency is essential for this role.

This is a unique opportunity to join the business at an early stage which will enable you to play an integral role in shaping their culture, reputation, processes and long-term success. Working hours are 12pm to 9pm, Monday to Friday (as they work to U.S hours) and all work will be conducted remotely.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • 3+ years recruitment experience working as an internal recruiter for a recruitment company
  • A degree qualification or equivalent is preferred, but not essential
  • This position would suit someone looking to build their own identity in a business and build out a team
  • As the face of the business for potential employees you will need to be friendly, approachable, presentable and polished
  • Excellent communication skill and an outgoing personality
  • The role will require excellent time management and organisational skills are a must
  • Driven, hungry and eager to excel yet humble and professional
  • Happy to work 12pm-9pm Monday to Friday, with some out of hours calls for urgent matters
  • Flexibility to travel internationally
  • Excellent checkable references
