Are you an Operations Coordinator with experience in a recruitment environment?

This is a permanent role for an Operations /Admin professional to join a close knit team and take responsibility for the following areas:

 

Role

  • Onboarding new starters
  • HR Administration
  • IT liaison and first line support
  • GDPR administration
  • Check and chase missing documentation
  • Support contract administration
  • Oversee office and facilities
  • Manage procurement and purchasing of supplies
  • Deal with visitors and incoming callers
  • Coordinate team events
     

You

  • Experience within a recruitment environment
  • Sound knowledge of office and operations processes
  • Knowledge of GDPR
  • Familiar with compliance
  • Tech Savvy
  • Positive, high energy, friendly, can-do attitude
