Fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking, expanding company located in the West End, located near Edgeware Rd/Lancaster Gate.

Working on a hybrid basis with 3 days minimum in the office, the role is to provide support to a senior Director and the Leadership Team. Working within a fast paced boutique office, the role will be busy and diverse, combing classic EA support at senior level  (diaries, travel, preparing documents for stakeholder meetings, meeting prep, drafting correspondence ) along with more business focused support, projects, data processing and more. 

Personality and attitude are key, business savvy, someone engaging, confident in their ability - unflappable, a team player, one step ahead mentality, a problem solver, someone who is happy to go the extra mile. Someone who enjoys autonomy, but not looking to reinvent the wheel.

Immediate start - the successful candidate will temp for approx 6-8m with a strong probability that the role will go perm, but must be happy to commit during this temp period.

Great opportunity, standard office hours and hybrid working.

Experience of supporting multiple people is essential.
