About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and proactive Temporary Receptionist to support our client in the serviced office sector. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, representing the company with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages where necessary
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Handle general queries and provide information as required

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally within serviced offices or a corporate environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficient in IT Skills
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Contract Details:

  • Start Date: ASAP - 10th February 2025
  • Duration: 4 weeks, with flexibility for a longer-term assignment
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (full-time)
  • Payment: £15per hour via umbrella company
